Acknowledging Outstanding Employees

I’m not sure if Prudential has an employee recognition program in place or any way of acknowledging outstanding employees, but I wanted to let you know what a consistently helpful, always positive and friendly employee you have in Sergio. He seems to genuinely enjoy his job and to take pride in quality work and customer service.

When he left today, three of us were talking about how awesome he is and it occurred to me that it would be good to express those thoughts to his supervisor.
